After the punch lists are complete, systems are
fully commissioned, IES can review all owner equipment manuals for completion.
These manuals will be presented to the owner to aid in the maintenance of the
system after project closeout.
IES can provide digital documentation of the
structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems at various phases of
construction.
IES requests, obtains, and reviews service contracts for all engineered
systems to help with the maintenance concerns of the client after the project
is completed.
