After the final Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems are established and project budgets are acceptable, IES will complete the contract documents and submit them to the client for final review. At this time, the client can issue the contract documents to the various contractors for final pricing.

After the clients receive the contractor’s proposals IES can meet with the client to review the pricing and help select the contractors.

IES contract documents are utilized throughout the entire construction process as a legal guideline to be followed by all of the contractors.
