Building-Files is an organized, electronic file management system used throughout the design, construction and the facilities management process.  It provides a quick and easy way to efficiently access important files that are used for building maintenance and upgrades.  As part of our commitment to “Green”, it was developed for contractors as a user friendly, time saving, file management tool which is an environmentally friendly “PAPERLESS” system. 

Wtih the Building-Files System Facility Staff will save time and money and reduce errors with an organized, accurate electronic system compiled during the construction process.

Building Pix is a digital documentation and compliance tool. Using Progression and Milestone Photos, Dynamic As-Built Documents and Construction Photograph Cataloging, your project will be provided with Digital Documentation, Conflict Resolution, Code Compliancy and eligible for USGBC credit EQ Credit 3.1.

Also in the Building Files suite of services are Imbed It and Inspect App. Imbed IT is a quick and easy way to access the important files that are used for maintenance or asset management and building upgrades such as Shop Drawings and Submittals, Equipment Manuals, Balancing Reports, Warranties and Photos. Inspect App features include the ability to take photos and collect data using a mobile device.
