Responding to the need for affordable housing in Connecticut, the project includes the design of a linear cluster of "farmhouse scale" residential  buildings with front porches that share and face a common Community Green.  The sixteen unit development is comprised of one, two and three bedroom residences in a total of five buildings on a Community Green. Scope of Services included mechanical, electrical and plumbing  and fire protection engineering design for approximately 15,000 SF total.
