New Operating Room

• Renovation of existing holding area and associated sterilization area; required detailed coordination and planning around existing clean room spaces and major roof top equipment while existing operating rooms were kept in operation
• Renovation of existing fire protection, plumbing and medical gas systems to serve new areas
• New waste anesthetic gas disposal system to serve new areas
• New fire protection and plumbing system to serve new clean/dirty sterilizer room

Renovation to 8,000 SF

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering design for the Saint Louise Anthony Wing in order to accommodate 22-24 surgical telemetry beds. Included nurse’s station, medical gas, and normal, critical and emergency power systems.
